Therefore, Indonesia now has its first IEEE Student Branch.

The interim chair for the branch is Mr. ARRIYADHUL QOLBI. Arry — that’s what he’s called — is also one volunteer of IEEE Indonesia Section Officer.

IEEE Indonesia Section expected that in the following years, two or more student branches will be developed in Indonesia. Some prospects are ITB, UGM, ITS, UPH, and some other prominent universities.

Pertemuan dengan jadwal padat ini mengukuhkan pengawakan Indonesia Section untuk masa bakti tahun 2009.

Dalam pertemuan ini juga ditekankan beberapa program utama, yaitu ke arah membership development dan dukungan peningkatan minat mahasiswa atas organisasi IEEE, termasuk untuk pembentukan student branch.
